Solitude
Make your life a poem.

Solitude

Is that all you need?

The bench

Today might be the day
It seems like a whole eternity has passed
It might be today
I’m so tired now
If only you could stop for a moment
Wander and sing in silence
So that only heaven knows what you say
If you could jump into the water
Icy to the bone, it would tell you
If only you could hear the wind’s whisper
You would know what you want the most
If you could watch and see
Everything would be so much more beautiful
Now I’m just waiting for the day
When it all starts
It might be today

All I need is…
watching the sea in the morning
drinking tea in the morning
collecting pebbles in the morning

Beginnings never last forever
End this before we start.

The sun is rising
and I only see a glow
breaking through the sleepless night.
Everything ends
when everything starts.
Please, don’t wake me
I’m not ready yet.
The sun is setting
and I only see a faint glimmer
breaking through my closed eyes.
Everything starts
when everything ends.
Wake up until it’s too late.

Taste it slowly

She’s in a cage
in a safe place
away from the world
away from fear
away from everybody.
She’s in a cage
where she can live
the way she wants
Where she can live
away from mistakes.
She lives in a cage
which is a trap
of being lonely
of staying neutral
of feeling safe.
She’s trapped in a cage
How can she go forward
when she cannot breathe
How can she fly when
she cannot spread the wings
Why should she sing
when nobody listens?
In the cage.

Only for a moment
